Cuatrecasas counsels ING Bank on loan agreement with Photoemeris Sustentable
Cuatrecasas assisted ING Bank (Dublin) and ING Capital LLC in a loan agreement with Photoemeris Sustentable for the acquisition of a photovoltaic park
Cuatrecasas, through its office in Mexico, has counselled ING Bank N.V., Dublin Branch (Lender) and ING Capital LLC (Administrative Agent and Coordination and Structuring Entity) in the execution of a loan agreement with Photoemeris Sustentable, S.A. de C.V., part of the REDEN group, for financing the acquisition of a 30MW photovoltaic park known as “Kambul” in the State of Yucatán (Mexico).
The financing was closed in mid-2021 with successive funding at the end of December 2021. The loan amounts up to 30 million US dollars.
