Cuatrecasas counsels on $150m financing to Tanner
Cuatrecasas, through its Santiago office, has counselled Banco Santander-Chile, SMBC, Bladex, Bradesco Bank, Banco Continental and Finabank on a financing transaction under the laws of the State of New York in favour of Tanner Servicios Financieros.
The financing contemplates a committed credit facility of up to USD $150,000,000, which will be used for the refinancing of existing liabilities and general corporate purposes of the company.
