Cuatrecasas counsels Rugby Ventures on contract with INDE
Cuatrecasas, through its Mexico City office, has counselled Rugby Ventures Mexico on the signing of a contract with the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of Nuevo León (INDE) for its rugby team to play in the new facilities being built by INDE.
With this deal, the state of Nueva Leon will have a professional rugby team, Monterrey’s team will be the 13th in Major League Rugby (MLR). The first match of the team, which has not yet been officially named, is expected to be played in the season starting in February 2025.
The signed agreement additionally gives Rugby Ventures Mexico the option to financially support the equipment and construction improvements of the new stadium.
