Cuatrecasas represents CGE in registration of long-term bond facilities

Cuatrecasas, through its team in Santiago de Chile, has represented CGE Transmisión in the registration of two 10-year and 30-year bond facilities, for a maximum amount of 10 million UF (Unidades de Fomento) each, equivalent to US$710 million.

This transaction marks the first registration of CGE Transmisión’s bond facilities with the Financial Market Commission and the first initial placement of the bonds in the local market.

Banco Scotiabank and Banco Santander Chile acted as financial advisors.
