Cuatrecasas represents Eductrade in contract with PNSU for development project

Cuatrecasas, through its Lima office, has represented Eductrade Sucursal del Perú in the execution of the works contract, signed through a consortium with the National Urban Sanitation Program (Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Urbano, PNSU), for the execution of the project ‘Creation of the Drinking Water Systems dependent on Reservoir N-39 and Reservoir N-31 and Sanitary Sewerage of the District of Cerro Colorado’.

This project, worth more than $175 million soles, will not only contribute to the development of the sanitary infrastructure of the Cerro Colorado district, in the department of Arequipa, but will also give Eductrade significant market exposure, which will help it to further consolidate its position in the Peruvian construction sector.

Cuatrecasas’ team was led by partner Aldo Reggiardo (pictured), with support from lawyers Alejandro Zorrilla, Stephanie Torres, Valeria Abarca and Almendra Pachari.
