Cuatrecasas represents Repsol and La Pampilla in tender offer

Cuatrecasas has advised Repsol and Refinería La Pampilla in a takeover bid on the Lima Stock Exchange

 Cuatrecasas has represented Repsol Peru BV and Refinería La Pampilla S.A.A. in the delisting tender offer launched by Repsol Peru BV, as majority shareholder of La Pampilla, on the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL).

With the liquidation of the tender offer, La Pampilla has been able to reduce its atomised shareholding through a transparent and regulated acquisition process that protects the rights of minority shareholders and includes an independent valuation.

This operation also revitalises the Peruvian stock market because it has given movement to a market that has been affected by the uncertainty generated by various economic, political and social factors, and non-institutional shareholders have monetised their investment at a value determined by an independent valuation entity, generating liquidity and depth to the movement of listed shares.
