Cuatrecasas represents SEC Newgate in acquisition of 70% stake in agency Another

Cuatrecasas, through its team in Mexico City, has represented the communications group SEC Newgate in the acquisition of a 70% controlling stake in the Mexico City-based agency Another.

Thanks to this transaction, SEC Newgate will continue its international expansion and growth strategy, as it will gain a foothold in many of the region’s emerging markets, including Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.
