Daniel Gerber Advogados has incorporated Alexandre Burmann as a new partner

Daniel Gerber Advogados Associados, specialized in Criminal, Regulatory and Administrative Law, expanded its practice and incorporated Alexandre Burmann (pictured), new partner that will lead the Environmental Law area.

The new partner has a doctorate in Environmental Law, a master’s degree in Environmental Impact Assessment, and is an expert in Environmental Law.

Alexandre Burmann was also Secretary-General of the Brazilian Union of Environmental Lawyers, has worked in the coordination of licensing and inspection of environmental agencies and in emblematic cases throughout Brazil. He is a professor and has written several books on the subject.
