Daniel Gerber Office strengthens its area of practice in the Superior Courts
The firm incorporates Mariana Costa de Oliveira, specialized in Constitutional Law
Daniel Gerber Advogados Associados, specialized in criminal, regulatory and administrative law, has hired Mariana Costa de Oliveira (pictured), lawyer with a master’s degree in Constitutional Law. She will strengthen the area that works in the higher courts – Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and Supreme Federal Court (STF).
She worked at the STJ with Minister Napoleão Nunes Maia Filho, as his advisor and chief of staff. She also coordinated the court’s magazine. Throughout her career, she has worked on theses such as the application of the principle of insignificance to administrative improbity actions, defended in 2019 in her master’s degree.
