Davis Polk advises on Argentina´s first IPO of 2016

Davis Polk acted for the joint bookrunners and joint global coordinators of the several underwriters on Grupo Supervielle´s $280 million IPO.

Grupo Supervielle is a financial company headquartered in Argentina which owns Banco Supervielle and is publicly listed in New York and Buenos Aires.

Grupo Supervielle is controlled by the Supervielle family, which founded the bank in 1887.

The Davis Polk team included partners Nicholas A. Kronfeld and Kathleen L. Ferrell.
