Davis Polk advises on Bunge’s $500m senior notes offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on a $500 million senior notes offering by Bunge, the agribusiness multinational.

 

The joint book-running managers were Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities and Mizuho Securities.

Bunge is a global agribusiness and food company operating in over 40 countries with approximately 35,000 employees. The company is headquartered in White Plains, New York and sells fertilizer in South America.

Partners Manuel Garciadiaz and Kathleen Ferrell led the team for Davis Polk, which also included lawyers from the firm’s New York and São Paulo offices.
