Davis Polk instructed on $500 million offering by Metro de Santiago

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in the offering by Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro S.A. (Metro de Santiago).

Metro de Santiago operates the subway system in the metropolitan region of the Chilean capital and it is 100% owned by the government.

The notes were sold in an offering exempt from registration pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.

The Davis Polk team advising the initial purchasers included partners Maurice Blanco and David Schnabel.
