Davis Polk instructed on Arcos Dorados cash tender offer

Davis Polk advised Arcos Dorados on a cash tender offer for its Brazilian Real denominated senior notes due 2016. 

Arcos Dorados is the world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee in terms of sales and number of restaurants and operates the largest fast food restaurant chain in Latin America and the Caribbean. The company is headquartered in Uruguay and has the exclusive right to own, operate and grant McDonald’ franchises in 20 countries in the region.

Citigroup Global Markets and Itau BBA USA Securities acted as dealer managers while D.F. King & Co acted as the information and tender agent for the offer.
