Davis Polk instructed on CCR equity offering

Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners on R$4.1 billion (approximately $1.3 billion) offering of common shares by CCR, the Brazilian concession operator. 

CCR is the largest concession company in Brazil in terms of gross revenue. The company manages 10 toll road concessions in Brazil and airports in Ecuador, Costa Rica, Curaçao and Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The shares were issued under Rule 144A/Regulation S.

Reuters reported that CCR hired the investment banking unit of Banco Bradesco to manage the deal, alongside those BTG Pactual, JPMorgan, Banco do Brasil, Itaú Unibanco and Santander Brasil.
