Davis Polk instructed on notes offering by AES Argentina

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with  $300 million offering by AES Argentina Generación. 

The offering, conducted under Rule 144A/Regulation S, comprised an aggregate principal amount of $300 million of 7.750% notes due 2024.

AES Argentina Generación is one of the leading private power generation companies in Argentina, with an installed generating capacity of 2,760 MW in their seven generation plants.

Partner Maurice Blanco led the Davis Polk team advising AES Argentina.
