De la Flor, García Montufar, Arata & Asociados has counselled Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros on the pourchase of a logistic center in Lima
Estudio de la Flor, García Montufar, Arata & Asociados advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, through Credicorp Capital Fondo de Inversión Inmobiliario Perú, on the acquisition of a logistic center located in Lurín (Lima district).
Inmobiliaria Maná S.A.C., Inmobiliaria Lamay S.A. and Inmobiliaria Siwi S.A. were the previous owners of the logistic centre. After the operation, the societies were dissolved and liquidated, and Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría counselled them on the procedure.
