Demarest acts for banks in Sanepar notes issuance
Demarest has advised the banks acting as underwriters for Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná’s (Sanepar) $67.2 million IPCA + 4,6570 per cent notes offering.
Sanepar is the water company that supplies the Brazilian state of Paraná.
The notes are due 2027 and Demarest clients Banco Itaú BBA and Banco Santander (Brazil) acted as the underwriters on the offering.
Demarest’s team advising the banks was led by Thiago Giantomassi (pictured), with Denise Okimura and Caio Secchi Gaio.
