Demarest acts for MEI Fácil in buyout by Neon Pagamentos

Demarest has advised MEI Fácil, a Brazilian start-up that helps small business owners with their legal obligations and financial transactions, on its buyout by Neon Pagamentos.

Lucas Tavares of DemarestNeon Pagamentos provides credit card, investment, personal loan, and payment services. 

Funded in 2016, MEI Fácil is a platform to support micro-entrepreneurs throughout its life cycle. The company
