Demarest acts in BB Ventures investment in IDGeo

Demarest acted as advisor to Bb Ventures I Fundo de Inv Em Partioes Multiestrategia – Inv No Exteri (BB Venture), the Corporate Venture Capital investment fund of Bando do Brasil, under the management of Hannah Ventures Gestão de Recursos, in an investment in IDGeo – Inteligência em Dados Geográficos.

This transaction was signed and closed on 12 July for an amount exceeding BRL $5 million.

IDGeo is an agritech company specialised in technological solutions for remote monitoring of agricultural systems and management of agricultural areas.

Demarest’s team was led by partner João Busin (pictured left), with the support of partner Juliana Maluf (pictured right) and associates Barbara Queiroz and Pedro Vecci
