Demarest adds antitrust partner from TozziniFreire

Demarest Advogados announced that Daniel Oliveira Andreoli has joined the law firm as partner in Sao Paulo.

Andreoli has 17 years of experience working in complex antitrust cases, negotiating and drawing up leniency agreements, as well as settlements and divestiture orders.

He is also the current president of the Antitrust Section of the Brazilian Bar Association – Section of São Paulo (CECORE/OAB-SP) and is a non-government advisor at CADE (Brazil´s competition regulator). 

Prior to joining Demarest, Andreoli practiced at TozziniFreire Advogados.
