Demarest advised CL&AM Capital Investimentos em Participações III, a subsidiary of Omnilink Tecnologia, on the acquisition of Casa Magalhães Automação, a technology company that specializes in the development, commercialization, and licensing of software, as well as the resale of hardware and the provision of services designed for application in processes, workflows, controls, and routines of point-of-sale (POS) systems located in Fortaleza, Ceará.
