Demarest advised Inova FIP, managed by the PEVC house Angra, on its investment in Promip Holding, in exchange for the issuance by the company of new class B preferred shares, representing 28.57%, on a fully diluted basis, of the company’s total capital stock.
The transaction value was BRL 200 million.
