Demarest advise LATAM on the extension of a additional credit

Demarest advised LATAM Airlines Group (LATAM) and its Brazilian subsidiaries, concerning Brazilian law matters, on the extension of a additional credit facility under the First Amendment to the Revolving Credit Facility, dated October 12, 2022.

The additional credit facility was secured by liens over assets located in several jurisdictions, including pledge and fiduciary lien over capital stocks, receivables and intellectual property located in Brazil.

Demarest relied on partners Guilherme Fontes Bechara, Thiago Giantomassi; associates Fausto Muniz Miyazato Teixeira, Rubens Feche.
