Demarest advise on P&G on property sale transaction

Demarest advised Procter & Gamble on a property sale transaction involving many different matters ascertaining the standing of the buildings and projects comprising the property, and their subsequent handling; the different administrative proceedings ongoing before different bodies, including the Public Prosecutor’s Office; the environmental standing of the property, among other aspects.

These steps were crucial to making the sale possible and allowing the buyer to allocate the new purpose intended for the property. It was challenging to reconcile all of these different aspects, but it was made possible with the coordination of all the steps by Demarest’s real estate team that relied on partner Marc Stalder (pictured) and lawyer Flavia Bahia Vidigal.
