Demarest advise on the seed equity financing round of Spott
Demarest advised Pátria Investimentos, through its venture capital platform Igah Ventures, in the seed equity financing round of Spott, a SaaS platform that provides a Charging Management System Provider (CMSP) solution for managing electric vehicle charging stations.
The investment from the global alternative asset manager will support the expansion of the Brazilian company, boosting and accelerating electromobility across Brazil and Latin America.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
Demarest’s team was led by partner Juliana Maluf, with support from associate Pedro Vecci.
