Demarest advise on the Transmissora Aliança debenture issue

Demarest acted as deal counsel, on the issuance of 329,450 debentures, of Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica, totaling BRL 329,450,000.00, according to CVM 160.

The Net Proceeds raised by the issuer through the subscription of the debentures shall be used solely and exclusively for the optional acquisition of the first series of the Issuer’s 10th (tenth) debenture issuance, with any remaining balance to be used by the Issuer for general corporate purposes and working capital reinforcement, as applicable.
