Demarest advise Triple Play on the acquisition of Sevi and Azza
Demarest advised Triple Play Brasil Participações on the acquisition, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Cabo Serviços de Telecomunicações, of the totality of the capital stock of Sevi Participações and Azza Telecom Serviços em Telecomunicações, which offer broadband services via fiber optics to homes and businesses, fixed telephony services, TV and streaming services, as well as intelligent solutions for residential condominiums in 48 cities in the southeastern region of the State of São Paulo, enabling the connection of 836,000 homes and businesses.
The transaction value was BRL 188.745,000 and is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including the approval by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority and Brazilian Telecommunications Authority.
