Demarest advised Syngenta Seeds on the acquisition of Feltrin
Demarest Advogados advised Syngenta Seeds on the direct acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Feltrin Sementes (Brazil) and on the indirect acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Feltrin Semillas (Argentina), both companies currently held by Alcides Feltrin and Edimilson Luiz Bagattini.
The main activities of Feltrin Sementes and Feltrin Semillas are related to the trade and industry of seeds, plants and fertilizers, among others.
The transaction was submitted for approval by Cade and the amount was not disclosed.
