Demarest advised AgroGalaxy on the purchase of FZ Brasil Participações Societárias for BRL112.8 million
Demarest advised AgroGalaxy in the acquisition of 80% stake of FZ Brasil Participações Societárias and operation of Ferrari Zagatto (FZ) Comércio de Insumos Ltda, which operates in the retail of agricultural inputs in the state of Paraná, through the signing of the stock purchase agreement that established the terms and conditions for such transaction.
AgroGalaxy will also sign FZ’s shareholders agreement with holders of the remaining 20% of its capital stock.
The value of the transaction is R$112,887,000. The conclusion and closing of the transaction are subject to Cade approval.
