Demarest advised Aqua Capital on the sale of the minority stake of Agro Bio Participações S.A. to Maharo Investment Pte. Ltd.

The law firm Demarest advised Aqua Capital in the sale of the minority stake of Agro Bio Participações S.A. to Maharo Investment Pte. Ltd., a holding company owned by GIC (Ventures) Pte. Ltd.

Agro Bio Participações S.A. holds a majority interest in Biotrop Soluções Biológicas e Participações Ltda. The transaction value was R$150 million.

Demarest had partners Ana Paula Schedel (pictured top left), Bruna Pacheco (pictured top right), Christiano Chagas (pictured bottom left), Daniel O. Andreoli (pictured bottom centre) and José Diaz (pictured bottom right) and associates Lucas Lopes Parra and Vinicius Graça.
