Demarest advises Brasal Energia on acquisition of Light Energia
Demarest Advogados advised Brasal Energia S.A. on transaction with Light Energia, which involved BRL206 million
Demarest Advogados advised Brasal Energia S.A. in the acquisition of the entire capital stock held by Light Energia S.A., which represents 51% of its total capital stock, in Guanhães Energia S.A., which operates the Senhora do Porto, Dores de Guanhães, Fortuna II and Jacaré HPPs.
The transaction also involved Light S.A.’s total stake in Lightger S.A., which represents 51% of its total capital, and operates the Paracambi SHP.
The total amount was R$206,415,681
