Demarest advises Cybersecurity on BRL 180m notes
Demarest advised Cybersecurity in the structuring and execution of its inaugural issuance of book-entry commercial notes, issued in a single series with real collateral and additional surety guarantee, totalling BRL 180 million.
The commercial notes were offered to the public through UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, acting as coordinators, pursuant to the CVM 160. Lobo de Rizzo Advogados assisted the underwriters in the transaction.
