Demarest advises DaVita on Brazil clinic acquisitions

Brazilian law firm Demarest has advised DaVita Brasil Participações e Serviços de Nefrologia, the Brazilian subsidiary of DaVita Inc., a US-based kidney dialysis and Fortune 500 company, on the acquisition of two dialysis clinics in Brazil.


Guilherme Vieira da Silva of DemarestThe two facilities are TRS Terapia Renal Substitutiva, an acute and chronic dialysis clinic in Moema, in the city of São Paulo, and Centro de Nefrologia Transrim, located in the city of Santo André, in São Paulo state.



The value of the transactions remains confidential.



The law firm’s team was led by partner Guilherme Vieira da Silva (pictured) and included Roberta Batalha, Beatriz Neiva, Gabriel Domingues, Marcus Brumano, Marcello Pedroso and Rodrigo Blum.
