Demarest advises Gaudium on its sale to the Vela Latam

Demarest advised the quotaholders of Gaudium Desenvolvimento de Software on the sale of 100% of their equity interest in the company to the Vela Latam group, which specializes in acquiring, managing, and enhancing software companies.

Founded in 2011, Gaudium is a technology company focused on software for urban mobility and delivery. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Demarest relied on partner Thiago Maia (pictured), lawyer João Aranha.
