Demarest Advogados advised Intact Ventures, a subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation on the sale of shares to Creditas Soluções Financeiras and Creditas Financial Solutions Ltd.
Demarest advised Intact Ventures, a subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation, in the sale of shares held in the capital stock of Minuto Corretora de Seguros S.A. to Creditas Soluções Financeiras and Creditas Financial Solutions Ltd.
