Demarest advises Mitsubishi on Agrex stake acquisition
Demarest has assisted Mitsubishi Corporation in the acquisition of a minority stake in its subsidiary Agrex do Brasil from PAF Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia – Investimento no Exterior (PAF FIP).
Agrex produces fertilizer and seeds, as well as providing financial services to the agriculture sector.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Demarest’s team was led by partner José Diaz, with Débora Sejtman.
