Demarest advises Oaktree in reorganization of Triple A FII

Demarest Advogados advised Oaktree Capital Management, as investor, in the management and governance reorganization of Triple A Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário considering the resignation of BlueMacaw Gestora de Recursos from the management of the fund and the process to hire Huma Capital as specialized consultant of the fund and future manager.
