Demarest advises on the structuring of FIAGRO

Demarest advised BB Gestão de Recursos Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. in the structuring, implementation and public distribution offering of the first (1st) issue of BB Fundo de Investimento de Crédito FIAGRO – Imobiliário’s R$400.5 million quotas, destined to the general public, according to CVM’s Regulation 400.
The fund’s shares are listed on the stock exchange of B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, under the code BBGO11, and are admitted for trading by investors.
The net proceeds from the offering will be destined mainly for the acquisition of financial assets in the agribusiness segment, particularly agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA), securitization instruments over credit rights originated in the agribusiness production chain.
Until its closing date, the Offering represented the largest fundraising through a listed FIAGRO in the Brazilian capital markets, according to B3 data.
