Demarest advises shareholder on full acquisition of Vibropac

Demarest advised Mr. Carlos Aurélio Dompieri Filho, holding 50% of the capital stock of Vibropac Indústria e Comércio de Equipamentos, on the acquisition of the remaining 50% equity interest in the company. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Demarest relied on partner Joyl Gondim (pictured), Andre Novaski, Pablo Queiroz, and associates Daniela Gaia de Castro, Elisa Camargo Gandur, João de Godoy, Lucas Elias, Mariana Brito Segatti, and Max Kaneko Flesch.
