Demarest Advogados advised Solum Partners in the sale of IPA Investimentos e Participações Agrícolas Ltda., and its subsidiaries, including Insolo Agroindustrial S.A., to Terrus S.A. and Ricardo Castellar de Faria.

The transaction value was R$1.8 billion.

Demarest Advogados had partners Bruna Pacheco (pictured left) and José Diaz (pictured right) and associates Camila Smith.
