Demarest advises SPX on acquisition of a stake in logistics center
Demarest advised SPX Real Estate Gestão de Recursos, manager of the investment fund FIP SPX SYN Desenvolvimento I – Multiestratégia, on the acquisition of a 17% stake in an industrial and logistics asset under construction in the municipality of São Bernardo do Campo/SP.
The stake was acquired from Galápagos Desenvolvimento Logístico FII, which pulled out of the project. The other partners are Sanca and Capitânia Logística FII.
The values of the operation are confidential.
