Demarest advises Syngenta on the acquisition of Agrocerrado
Demarest advised Syngenta Comercial Agrícola on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Agrocerrado Produtos Agrícolas e Assistência Técnica, previously held by HA Participações, LAM Participações Eireli and HL Empreendimentos e Serviços Agrícolas.
Agrocerrado’s main activities are the commercialization, distribution, import, export, consignment and representation of chemical products for use in agriculture, pesticides of any nature, seeds, fertilizers and agricultural commodities, among others.
