Demarest advises Syonet on the acquisition of Campos Dealer

Demarest advised Syonet, a company specializing in CRM solutions for the automotive sector, on the acquisition of 100% of Campos Dealer, a Brazilian platform specializing in customer relationship management services for agricultural vehicle dealerships.
