Demarest advises Vibra Energia in Auctions, held by the ANTAQ
Demarest advised Vibra Energia in Auctions n. 03 and 04/2023, held by the National Agency for Waterway Transportation – ANTAQ, related to areas MAC11 and MAC12, respectively.
The purpose of the auctions was to lease areas and public infrastructure for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years for the handling and storage of liquid bulk, especially fuel, located within the organized Port of Maceió.
Vibra submitted the best bid in Auction n. 03/2023, related to the MAC11 area, in the amount of BRL 60 million (sixty million reais), and will wait for the continuity of the bidding process to be declared the winning bidder. The auction rules foribidded a bidder to win more than one area, reason why Vibra did not offered subsequent bids for MAC12 area during the bidding phase.
