Demarest Advogados advised Yara Growth Ventures to lead USD 30M round in Agrofy

Demarest advised Yara Growth Ventures, which led the USD 30M Series C round in Agrofy, Latin America’s leading online agribusiness marketplace.

Through this Series C investment round, Yara Growth Ventures joined Agrofy among existing investors such as SP Ventures, Acre Venture Partners, Bunge Ventures, Syngenta Ventures, Cresud, Lartirigoyen, Fall Line Capital and Brasil Agro. 

Demarest Advogados was led by partner Luciana Tornovsky (pictured) and associate Marcelo Peloso.

The deal was coordinated by Marval O’Farrell Mairal which also advised Yara Growth Ventures through partners Bárbara V. Ramperti and María Inés Brandt, along with associate Francisco Abeal.
