Demarest and KLA advises on SoluBio acquisition by Aqua Capital
Demarest Advogados advised Aqua Capital on the acquisition of a minority stake of Solubio Tecnologias Agrícolas which was advised by KLA Advogados. The transaction value was not disclosed.
SoluBio is a leading Brazilian biotechnology company for the production of biological inputs on farms, serving more than 3.5 million hectares in Brazil.
The SoluBio system provides an integrated solution on industrial scale and quality standards to supply you with all the needed machinery, products and technical assistance to produce crop control products at the farm.
The investment in SoluBio marks the first transaction of Aqua Capital’s new fund and will allow SoluBio to continue its investments in the bioinputs market, which has great potential for global growth.
