Demarest and Mattos Filho act in transactions between companies

Demarest advised Nova Gaia Brasil and Helios Brasil on the execution of share purchase and sale agreements with Cosan wich was advised by Mattos Filho; for the sale of, respectively, an additional stake in Tellus Brasil and Janus Brasil.

The value of the transaction was R$1,007,000,000.00.

Demarest was represented by partner Guilherme Vieira da Silva, associates Bianca Reis and Roberta Souza Batalha.

Mattos Filho advised Cosan and relied on partner Marcelo G. Ricupero, associate Cristina Rangel Maciel and Anna Luiza Pires da Costa Braga.
