Demarest assists DMB in transaction with Raytheon Technologies
Demarest Advogados assisted DMB Dr. Dieter Murmann Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbh (DMB) with the Brazilian matters related to the execution of an agreement with Raytheon Technologies Corporation to acquire all shares in Kiel- based Raytheon Anschütz GmbH, which includes its foreign subsidiaries and branches in Panama, Brazil, Singapore, and China, as well as Raytheon Deutschland GmbH’s UK business.
The transaction value was not disclised.
