Demarest assists Ghelfond on sale to NotreDame Intermédica

Brazilian law firm 

Demarest assisted the shareholders of Ghelfond Participações, a medical diagnosis company, in the sale of 100 per cent of the company’s equity to NotreDame Intermédica, as well as the sale of their indirect participation in Ghelfond’s subsidiaries.



Joyl Gondimof DemarestNotreDame Intermédica Saúde is a São Paulo-based healthcare and insurance provider.

The transaction was valued at 240 million reais ($59.5 million).



The law firm’s team was led by partner Joyl Gondim (pictured), and featured Débora Sejtman, Natália Graton and Henrique Anders.
