Demarest assisted GK Partners in the acquisition of 83% of NK Empreendimentos e Participações, a pre-operational company acting in the implementation of new technologies targeting the enhancement of the value of urban residue in Santa Catarina, Brazil.
The transaction value was BRL 100 million.
